Jul 01, 12:32 PM a little bit about us - we have a 7 yr old, 18month old, and 2 month old. Our 7 year old has adhd, but is maintained well with meds - she has to be kept occupied though :) - Our 18 month old has been at daycare until recently, and has been SPOILED ROTTEN. They just let him do whatever, (he's a ladykiller and they spoiled him) so we're working on that, he's not a fan of "no" lol - our 2 month old is a little high maintenance, he has reflux, and requires a little bit of extra attention when it comes to feedings, and can never lay flat (even for diaper changes) he must be elevated at all times, or he will puke all over everything. It's getting better, and we're told by the Dr. that he'll grow out of it, but for now, he's a little labor intensive. Basic rundown is we have a nanny but she's leaving in November, were looking for someone who it's more flexible, can work evenings when needed, can pick up my daughter from school, and help with minor housekeeping, cooking etc . Our boys are 18 miss and 3 mos, so the nanny would have them all day but my daughter will be in second grade so she'll be in school most of the day Thanks.
