Hi there. I am looking for a mother's helper/childcare provider from mid-January 2016 through May 2016. We are a family of three. My husband is a physician in the military, I am an occupational therapist. I am currently staying at home with our 10 month old daughter and am expecting baby #2 March 3rd, 2016. I am also a part time student- almost finished with my MBA. This would be the perfect job for someone who is retired and looking for some flexible, rewarding, part time work with fun people.
We are looking for some support in the house for me at the end of my pregnancy, just 2 days per week. Responsibilities would include assisting with childcare, meal prep, light housekeeping and babysitting when I need to leave the house for appointments/errands.
This individual would need to be open to being "on call" for a period of three-four weeks at the end of the February/beginning of March in the event that I go into labor, to come care for our little girl in our home. At that time, you would need to stay at our house with her for a period of 3 days (as family would be in town by that third day, and you would be relieved. ) Compensation would, of course, be increased during this time period.
After the new baby arrives, we would like to continue 2-3 days/week of support and mother's help in our home. As before, hours and days of the week are absolutely negotiable. We are mainly looking for daytime, weekday help, as my husband is home in the evenings. We are also flexible if you need time off for vacation, etc. As I said, this would be a great job for someone wanting to enjoy some extra income but not give up the flexibility of retirement.
This employment would continue through May of 2016. |
