We aren't looking for just a "babysitter" to keep the kids safe, but need someone who will assist in all aspects of raising kids, including but not limited to discipline, playing and helping with the homework. The basic job is to get the kids up in the morning, feed, cloth, fix them a sack/lunch and walk the kids to school by 9 a. m. At 3 p. m. the kids need to be picked up, give them snack, play time, homework, fix them dinner, bath, story time and bedtime between 7-8 p. m. That is just the basic routine, but we aren't looking for someone to just go through the motions. We want someone involved and become part of the family. Help with the homework, play with the kids. In the warmer months, watch and play with the kids in the pool. Make sure they do their chores and follow the rules. Everything required to raise 2 boys. You have your own room in a nice quiet suburbs of San Jose, a short drive from the amenities of the city, but close to the hills for hiking and other adventures.
