I prefer the following: 1. Has own vehicle 2. 18-28 years old 3. Comfortable with dogs 4. Comfortable with swimming 5. Play and interact with my boys I need someone who has the energy to keep up with my boys. They are well behaved, creative, energetic boys. I have recently had bad experiences so I feel the need to be clear. I DO NOT want someone who plans on sitting around playing on their phone while my children entertain themselves.
