I will be having a c section in a week. Thereafter I will be home for 8 weeks with the baby. Once I return to work my mom will be caring for the baby. She is very hands on but is disabled from Rheumatoid Arthritis and therefore will need some assistance with child care, and perhaps other duties such as meal prep, light housework or errands.
