  About Me

My name is Kristall G., I am 23 years old and love children, and have been looking for another Nanny job because of how much I miss working with children. I previously worked as a Nanny/ Personal Assistant for 4yrs for Samantha Marcantonio. Her son was 2mo. old when I began working for her. I still to this day watch her son, and now daughter on occasion. I am currently working part time for a group home for mentally disabled adults. I have a valid driver s license, I am cpr & first aid certified, trained in nutrition, as well as getting a t. b. test every two years. In my attached resume is a list of other certificates, that I have as well. The add for child care doesn t specify what time you would need me there in the mornings, but my current schedule at the group home is: Wed. - 6:00 a. m. - 8:15 a. m. Thur. - 10:00pm-8:15 a. m. Fri. - 10:00 pm- 9:00 a. m. Sat. - 9:30 pm- 9:30 a. m. So wed., Thur., and Fridays I wouldn t be able to start shifts until I am off of my other shift. If this is a major inconvience, I may be able to work with my boss, to coincide with your needs. I love children, and always have. I can t wait until I am able to have my own. I am quick witted, and I love to laugh. I m looking to work with your Family because I love children, and the positive outlook they naturally have in life. I am looking to work with a family that is honorable. I believe that children should be able to experience a wide variety of activities inside and outside, as well as art, and music, and learning basic fundamentals. I started Babysitting my god brothers, and cousins when I was 13, and have always been the one to stay around and help with the babies, instead of go outside and play. I have worked with children ages 0-12, in several different environments and capacities, including high crises situations. Through the years I have had experience assisting children in transition in the following situations: In home crisis, Drug rehabilitation, Domestic Violence, Foster care transition, Communication liaison between siblings, Medical Emergencies, and Emergency Child Birth. I am self motivated, and extremely patient. Growing up I have developed a naturally sunny disposition, so it is easy for me to point out the positive things in bad situations, as well as in life. This has been helpful in calming both children and parents. I am a very out spoken person. I have no problems asking questions, or acting accordingly to questionable situations, without jumping to conclusions. in addition to my experience, I have a very close family, so interacting and communicating with all members of the family comes easy and naturally. I have attached both my resume, and references for you. If you feel that I may be suitable to work for you, or have any questions you can call me If for any reason I miss your call, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. also, I try to check my e-mail daily, so I will respond to that as soon as possible, as well. Thank you for your time, and really hope you will consider me for working with your family.
