Our daughter is 10 years old and is in 4th Grade at Creekside Elementary school. Our son will be 13 in May and is in 7th Grade, and our oldest daughter will be 15 and is in 8th Grade, both at Pine Lake Middle School. We’re looking for a good organizer who is efficient, self-motivated and proactive. With all three kids in sports and music classes, there are multiple schedules to manage and we really need help coordinating transportation for their afterschool activities, as well as some general house management, laundry, the ability to cook and prepare dinners, support the kids with homework and in general provide the confidence of strong adult supervision. We have a house cleaner every Thursday so house cleaning is not expected (although making sure the kids pick up after themselves is a big help…). We are looking for coverage from 2pm to 6pm from Monday through Friday, as well as 8am-10am on Wednesday in addition to the 2pm-6pm Wednesday slot. The things we're looking for are: • Availability during the hours outlined above • Has some flexibility around those hours and can work more/later if necessary as needed. Sometimes we travel and we will need help picking up the kids from sports and potentially other activities in the evening • Is a non-smoker • Can handle multiple kids • Has their own car and insurance • Can walk our Golden Retriever • Can do laundry for the kids (I won’t lie…there is quite a bit of laundry.. ) • Can cook dinner for the kids sometimes (and for us sometimes…) • Can take them to their activities when needed (sports practice, instrument practice, play dates), the park • Can be active and educational with the kids support creative play like arts & crafts etc. we don't want someone who will park the kids in front of the TV. • Can help them get their homework started and assist kids with homework when necessary • Can rally them to get ready/geared up for their sports practice in time to make the practice Let me know if you would like to chat and potentially meet in person.
