We are looking for a hard working, dedicated housekeeper who can do the following tasks for our family: - Laundry for all family members (three of us, including my husband, daughter and me) - Dishes - Sweeping/mopping floors and wiping baseboards - Vacuuming rugs and carpeted areas - Dusting - Cleaning/straightening the inside of our house and porch areas - Organizing our playroom and bedrooms - Feeding and caring for dogs - Driving daughter to extra curricular activities as needed (using the family van) - Washing bed linens and making beds - Stain removal from couch and carpets as needed - Routine spring, winter, and holiday cleaning to rotate and organize clothes, toys, shoes, and decorations - Daily monitoring of our daughter’s exit from the bus to home, homework completion, and snack making      Housekeeping Duties:    Clean the inside of the home and the immediate external areas (porch, patio, walk ways, garden)      Kitchen cleaning- Dishes, cleaning inside and outside of fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors      Clean Outside of Oven, Fridge, and Dishwasher      Laundry (washing, drying clothing and household items)      Grocery shopping and household errands      Keeping the household supplies fully stocked      Pet care      Rotate seasonal clothing in closets, maintain pantry and routinely clear out of date and spoiled items.      House sitting      Bed making, linen changing           Position Type: Live-Out, Part Time  Work Hours: 20 - 30 hours/week  Position Duration: greater than 2 years  Valid driver's license required: Yes  Automobile use: Family can provide car for use on the job  Comfortable with pets: Yes    Start Date: April 27, 2021  We need someone soon, but your availability will not have an impact on our decision to hire you.
