I need a part-time to full-tIme nanny in downtown Manchester, MI. (Washtenaw County) I am a single parent with 3 young boys. My new position is a dream job which will allow me to take care of my boy's wonderfully after being unemployed for a very longtime due to a lay off that lasted almost 2 years. We are a fun, happy, and nice family who are looking for the same. Here is the person we need: * A reliable, stable and very responsible person * A nonsmoker * Good driving record * No criminal history * Wiling to be flexible and long-term * Previous experience * Must be kind, patient and understanding. Here is the job: * Come to our home at 5 a. m. Monday-Friday * Wake the boys up at 7 a. m. * Make sure they get dressed * Make sure they have all of their necessary items for school * Make sure the oldest one eats breakfast * Watch the middle school aged son leave on his bike at 7:45 a. m. for school * Drop off the elementary aged son at school at 7:45 a. m. (he eats breakfast here) * Drop off the youngest son at daycare which is 2 miles away from elementary school (he takes breakfast to eat here) * On occasion I may need someone after school to meet or pick up the boys in the afternoon. Here is what I will pay: * Fuel cost per day for driving to and from our house at $. 55 cents a mile (negotiable) * Daily/hour/weekly wage which is fair and negotiable depending on experience. I am a very fair and reasonable woman who understands hard times for families as we have just recovered from one. This position would be great for a mom who also has children in the area and would only be 3 hours a day +/-. We need someone asap.
