The hours are M-F 2 pm until 6 or 7 pm during the school year. In the summer it is 8am - 4pm. Reliable transportation is a must as the children will need to be taken to their local practices daily. Great organizational skills, communication skills and problem solving skills will be an asset. The children will need help with homework or at least look over it, guidance with chores that they are completed and correct, and just someone to make sure the rules are being followed. The 4 year old of course needs more care and help. We are looking for a serious candidate that is seeking long term employment and hopefully longterm member of our family. We like to think our caretaker is just an extension of us and the children do understand that they will enforce the rules as well but can be a friend and confidant as well.
